Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy – Penumbra Antiques
By completing a purchase with Penumbra Antiques, the customer agrees to the terms outlined in our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy.
Agreement to Terms
All sales are final. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed item descriptions, condition details, and shipping terms prior to purchase.
Contact Requirement
Customers agree to contact Penumbra Antiques directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without prior communication is considered a breach of these terms. Penumbra Antiques reserves the right to provide all relevant documentation to the payment processor, including but not limited to:
- Order confirmation
- Item description and condition report
- Shipping and delivery confirmation
- Signature confirmation (if applicable)
- Communication records
Fraud Prevention
Penumbra Antiques reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraudulent activity.
Resolution Process
All payment disputes are subject to the investigation and final decision of the issuing bank, payment processor, or card network.
