Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy – Penumbra Antiques

All sales are final.

Due to the age, rarity, and condition of antique and vintage items, Penumbra Antiques does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.

All items are sold as is and may show signs of age, wear, or historical use. Any condition details, measurements, and descriptions are provided to the best of our knowledge and should be carefully reviewed prior to purchase.

We encourage all customers to ask questions and request additional images or information before completing a purchase.

Order Cancellations
Orders may not be canceled once placed.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exceptions
The only exception to this policy is in the case of damage during transit. Any such claims must be handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy and are subject to the carrier and/or third-party insurance provider’s investigation and resolution.
